TECHNOLOGIES

Fused Deposition Modeling, Polyjet, HP Multi Jet Fusion or Large Scale printing we have the technologies to manufacture your project. Our 3D printing services has the technology to manufacture any range of project.

3D printed engineering parts

FDM

FDM or fused deposition modeling uses a wide range of thermoplastic filaments which is heated until melting point and then extruded through a nozzle by the 3D printer building layer by layer until the object has been completed. Some of the materials that can be printed are ASA, PLA through to high-performance Nylon 12CF and ULTEM 1010.

Polyjet

PolyJet is a powerful 3D printing technology that produces smooth, accurate parts, prototypes and tooling. With microscopic layer resolution and accuracy down to 0.014 mm, it can produce thin walls and complex geometries using the widest range of materials available with any technology.

HP Multi Jet Fusion

Enabling increased production speeds for functional parts HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) technology creates opportunities for engineers and designers to prototype faster and improve production lead times. Produced in Nylon PA12 & Nylon PA11, the machine lays down a layer of Nylon powder and uses a high powered infrared light to fuse the powder together, layer on layer until the print is completed.

Full Colour Prints

Revolutionising the world of 3D print, full colour prints are now achievable more than

ever. Film producers have utilised colour 3D prints for props and animation models.

Massivit 3D Printer

Massivit 3D

Large scale 3D printing has revolutionised the production of 3D signage, large props and theming. The benefits of this are the production times are dramatically reduced with less waste. Produced in Photopolymeric acrylic gel cured with UV light while printing.
